“I’ve been disappointed more than once when eating here. Often the service is very slow and the staff seem disinterested in providing quality customer service. HOWEVER, I met a young man here tonight, JORGE, who was pleasant, polite AND efficient! He called out my order to the back immediately then quickly whipped up a scrumptious blast. I must say, it’s the fastest I’ve ever received my order and the food was good, so thanks to the cook, as well. Thank you, Jorge, for a job well done. Your excellent customer service will keep customers coming back!”
