We tried Freddy’s and it was great. The manager and staff were friendly and helpful. The dining area was clean and tables were wiped promptly. I had a patty melt on rye, fries, and a vanilla malt. My husband had a double burger, onion rings, and a strawberry sundae. I like the thin meat with crispy edges. All of the food tasted great!

I was expecting the best meal I ever ate according to what other people told me. It wasn't. Overrated but still pretty good.

The food was very good. The shoestring fries were crisp (not greasy like some restaurants), and the burger was great (again, not greasy). My first time to try frozen custard, and it was very good. I spoke with the manager, and he says they are trying to fill several more positions. It looks like it would be a good place to work, so if you’re looking for a job…

Went today for first time in Gainesville. Was super excited to try a new food option in town. The service was great but the burger and fries were extremely salty, to the point I couldn’t finish the burger. Could just be a one off bad experience, I’ll definitely give them another shot because service was outstanding.
