My mother and I went for lunch and was immediately impressed with the decor and quick service to be seated. Our waitress was sweet and offered recommendations for us to try. The food came out quickly and hot. What I loved most about this place is the price point and the amount of food you get. This is a nice hidden gem in Cove.
Cute little diner on the strip in Copperas Cove. We decided to try a cute mom and pop type of place for breakfast, and Herb & Earnie's did not disappoint! Service was great, food delicious, and the diner was decorated so cute with a small shop in thr back, you should definitely check it out!!
Great spot in Copperas Cove, friendly staff, great service. Good prices, nice menu, the fries were fantastic. Salad bar is a nice touch, they even have a little shop. Great coffee, homey vibe, very shabby chic. They really make you feel welcome here, this may be a staple of our Cove visits going forward. Connie, and really the whole staff were great. They were even open to us bringing a ta like of 8 on a Sunday morning.
4 1/2 stars if it was possible to rate it that way. Simple solid good food. We had a BLT, an English muffin burger, and an extra biscuit. Coffee was decent. BLT and burger were very good. Fries were well seasoned. The macaroni salad was very good, well seasoned but not over dressed. Biscuit was acceptable, I rate it a solid good. At a guess, it was a buttermilk biscuit with cold butter mixed in. It was an oddly comfortable but quaint place that we plan on visiting again. Thankfully, not fast food, but sit down and enjoy food
I didn’t know of this place until I saw a billboard sign advertising the business.
Decided to try the breakfast and was greeted as soon as I walked in.
There were 4 customers in there when I arrived and before I left, 7 more customers came in.
There were an assortment of tables to sit at and tall chairs if you decided to sit at the counter. (Only took a picture of the area where no customers were sitting)
For a small restaurant there was a good menu of which I tried the “Stacks”.
I’m not a breakfast type of person but I would return.
