“*Edit: Updated Review March 2019* This location has improved immensely in the past few years. They have almost 0 errors in food orders and they are much faster than before. The location is clean and staff is friendly. The only complaint I have with the location is not the fault of the employees but the customers. The drive through lane has one lane that divides into two. Covites please recognize the solid line that divides the drive through from the parking area. stop cutting people off who are already waiting in line. *Old Review*This location has carried the Copperas Cove tradition of bad service for some time but like their neighbor Taco Bell they have gotten better. It still takes a little too long to fill a drive through order but not half an hour like it used to. This still mess up about one third of the orders but still better than Burger King who messes up about two thirds of my orders. Sometimes they will forget your drink, but not often. it's more likely they'll forget to secure the lid or wipe the spill off the sides of the cup. Overall they are improving but still have room to grow.”

We ordered ribs, rib tips and brisket with sides and can't finish it all very filling! The potato salad "was" good while it lasted... It is very clean and there are some wall decorations that are fun to read (though I'm not sure that all the facts are accurate.) The employees are very friendly even when inundated with a large order like mine was. I didn't utilize the restroom so I cannot rate it. There is ample parking. P.S. “Hubby & I were running some errands when we realized it was 4pm and we were STARVED! Hubby pulled into Tops and said they had great gyros. Great gyros? In Copperas Cove, TX? Riiiiight. Well, he was right. I had their lamb gyro with onions, lettuce & tomato dolloped with extra cucumber sauce... and it was comparable to what I've had in Israel. The pita was ever so slightly crunchy on the outside & soft on the inside... the lamb was very flavorful and cooked to perfection... the veggies (which I usually strip off most sandwiches because they're so sad and tasteless) were great, cool, sweet, crunchy and the tomato tasted fresh picked... and the cucumber sauce was just right.”

“Best visit to a Pizza Hut I have had in years. We had basically signed off the franchise because you pay twice as much and get half the toppings. Last night it was the only thing open that sounded good so we gave it a shot. For once I got what I ordered and my expectations were exceeded. Plenty of toppings, sauce, cheese, and the stuffed crust actually was stuffed. Pizza Hut need to pay who ever made my pizzas last nigt to tour the country and teach the rest of them how to make a pizza.”
