Apologize for the plating i like my food to touch.

The food was absolutely delicious and full of flavor. The portions were gracious and the food wasn’t cooked to long or to short. Id recommend the catfish 10/10. The only thing i can say that could use some improvement was the cornbread muffin. While it tasted good it was a bit dry. Overall id give it a 9.9

My first time eating here because a friend of mine recommended it! I walked in the door and was warmly greeted by Jasmine and the lady back in the kitchen! Jasmine did an excellent job telling me about the food options on the menu! I ordered both the catfish bites and shrimp plate along with the rib tips plate. Also ordered the southern greens side and the Mac and cheese (I forgot to actually get the Mac and cheese side!). Food was EXCELLENT! This is a family owned business with the owners being from Jackson, Mississippi! I could definitely tell and taste the "home cooking" in this food! Topped it off with a slice of coconut cake! I'll definitely return again and again! A+

The woman up front is very friendly and gave great service. I ordered the boudin egg rolls and brisket Mac and cheese. It was ready in about 5 minutes, hot and fresh. Hands down one of the best meals I have ever had. Great flavors, great portion size, great value all around. I will definitely be back soon to try EVERYTHING on the menu!

If you want a good home cooked meal away from home, I highly recommend Soulful Street Bites. The customer service was great, and the owners make you feel like you’re apart of the family with their southern hospitality. My favorite thing on the menu is the Brisket Mac. I’d give it a 10/10 hands down EASILY, especially because they added the element of the cornbread crumbles on top. Nothing negative to say about this restaurant. If you’re in the Addison area, I’d definitely say to give it a try

Just visited this restaurant and choose the special, catfish bits and fries. The seasoning, texture, and crunch was perfect. My mouth is still watering, LOL.

Also, I got a fruit punch Kool-aid and it made me feel like a kid again.

I will try the brisket mac n cheese next time. I highly recommend this place if you love soul food.
