Flying Fish

Very straightforward, you come order, pick up and enjoy. Decor is really cool. Staff is friendly and for a fish joint... chicken items are very yummy (Yup I was that guy that ordered chicken). Very clean restaurant and the view is great aswell.

I would come back for a table on the water, the food overall though was okay, not great. We ordered oysters on half shell, that was a mistake, the oysters were not fresh at all and tasted real bad. The traditional grilled grouper on the other hand was nicely seasoned, ceviche was good too and would be Mich better if they cut up the shrimp.

Food was freshly cooked, however, for some reason they forgot to call my name for a carryout order. Once they realized they forgot, the still handed me the bag that was sitting under the counter.

I live across the street, but when I arrived home to fish was cold and fries were cold, and I was missing two pieces of fish.

I went back and explained what happened and they gave me the two extra pieces.

I’m a pretty easy going person, and accepted the two fish, but if I were the one serving the meal, I would have cooked a hot and fresh serving of everything since my order was delayed, cold, and wrong qty.

Love this place! The food is always so fresh and tastes great. Sit outside on the patio that overlooks the water. Great atmosphere.

Great place to enjoy the sunset and hang out on the patio. Super friendly staff, great variety of seafood choices, and a nice sea faring vibe to the restaurant. Salmon salad was awesome but the fried pickles were sized small and too salty. Will definitely be back!
