Great laid-back atmosphere. The burger I had (The Telluride) was pretty good, and I was very impressed I could get it with several kinds of patties, even a veggie patty. Burgers also don't automatically come with fries, which is refreshing as most restaurants push portions that are way too big. You could share a plate of fries with the table, by the looks of things.

The only disappointment was the G.O.A.T. salad, which was a bit too packed with greens and not suited for the plate they serve it on. Probably stay away from that and stick to Rodeo's specialty, the burgers.

The manager makes this spot. Super friendly servers, very creative hamburger options. Great drinks and Big portions.. like they say.. everything is bigger and better in Texas!

This place makes a good impression. Great menu quirky decorations, nice location.

We came on a Wednesday night about an hour before closing and it was pretty empty. Our server still disappeared a lot, I ordered a soda that never came, and our appetizer came out with the meal.

The food was great though, my burger was fantastic and fries are crispy. The cheese fries surprise are real good. Our server was nice but just not on top of things, had the service been a little better this review would be 5 star.

What started as a one-star review has now been bumped to a 4. My wife and I waited almost ten minutes just for someone to acknowledge us and take drink orders. We were ready and placed our food order as well. We waited 52 minutes. ( I was timing) and a different server asked if we were doing okay. We politely explained the situation and she immediately went to get the manager, Chase.

Food came out shortly after and the order was incorrect and the fries weren't even warm. Chase made it right.
Chase is the reason why this one star review is now 4. He apologized, explained the situation, got us some fresh fries, and handled everything beautifully.
We will definitely go back again to try to get that fifth star!

Awesome fresh burgers and great friendly service. I had the Lucy and was impressed with the combination of flavors! Extensive and creative menu of different burgers and flavors.
The one thing I did not like, because I eat my burgers with a knife and fork, is that their food is served on metal plates, so I had that metal taste with every bite I took. Not that I am faulting them for it, but beware.
The fries were OK. I should have sent them back because it looked like they were sitting out waiting to be served. They were not hot when we got them after our burgers were served.
Will probably visit again during happy hour to try the other flavors. Great place for drinking and meet ups.
