I’m Haitian and moved here two weeks ago. I can say this Jamaican spot is amazing. Missing the Caribbean food back at home. Make sure to order the medium plate or larger when you get there. You’ll definitely won’t be disappointed.

50 stars for the food, subtract a few for the weird parking situation, colorful characters that occasionally visit the lot, and island-warm dining room in the summertime- still at 40 something stars! Jerk shrimp is awesome. Portions are large. Jamaican friends get a wistful look in their eyes when talking about this place.

I had oxtails for the first time there with cabbage and rice and I tell you, my people can COOK! I had ordered a medium size. I was so hungry the other day, I started to dig in and everything tasted so good! I even ordered a strawberry mini cake and that was delicious as well! I finished everything when I got home. I’ve eaten Elaine’s a couple of times and never made a compliment, but I told the lady that calls women “mama” before I left that my order was delicious! I will definitely come back again soon!

The Beef, jerk chicken and veggie patties are amazing, the curry goat is amazing, the ox tails are amazing and the carrot juice taste like love! Nothing to complain about at all! I love the staff they are so friendly!
