Kuby's Sausage House

I’ve been to Kuby’s several times. Overall, I’d give it 4 stars based on accumulated experiences. I enjoy the taste of their sausages, red cabbage etc. I never stray off the menu to try other things because I go for the sausages. I also enjoy the deli section. I buy the sausages, breads and mustards. It’s a two in one place.
What I don’t like is the inconsistency in service within the dining staff. If I was basing this review off just my last experience it would be a 1⭐️ review. BUT because of pleasant previous experiences I gave a 4.
The manager offered to take care of me via the bill, or gift card etc. I explained I didn’t want the “quick fix” to make a customer happy. I paid for the meal and all the deli products. What I wanted was for the waitress to be spoken too about her unacceptable service. I hope he did.
I would still recommend this place though ????

Love this place. The red cabbage is awesome. The potato pancakes are great. Good sausage and amazing pork chops. German potato salad! Yum

Friendly staff. Very clean, clutter free aisles. Meat display cases full of wonderful cuts of fresh meats. Not my first visit... Not my last.

Stopped in for breakfast today and was delighted! The food is fresh and delicious, I can't wait to come back for dinner very soon the little market is well stocked with lots of tasty German foods. The meats look so fresh as well

I got the Hot pastrami with potato pancakes. It was delicious as always. We usually get breakfast here so thought it was time to try lunch. It's not fancy but it is consistently good. Service is quick and the coffee refills come frequently. The meat market is fabulous, not cheap but really good! We always get the meatloaf mix and some sausages. All the sausages are good. Be brave and try them all. We got some mixed berry jelly this last time and it is so good. Whole berries in the jelly.
