Sushi Rock

Great sushi shop in Texas! I went with a coworker and we had the chef present us with his selection. They did not disappoint. The fish was fresh and the methods of preparation were so unique! Smoked salmon smoked right then and there. I'll let the photos speak for themselves. It can get a bit crowded as it is a small venue, but worth the wait.

This is easily my favorite Sushi Restaurant. Top quality food both sushi and cooked food. Top notch service and friendly staff. Been eating here regularly since they opened. Cant say enough good things about this place.

A lovely gem of a sushi place. Small and cozy but boasting lots of character including a wall of vinyl covers ranging from Whitesnake to David Bowie.

The sushi is even more appealing. While the menu may seem limited, Mark and Pierce are more than willing to make something at request.

The selection of fish is great, too, with 3 types of tuna, 3 types of salmon, 2 types of mackerel, and so on.

Arguably, the best part is the attention Mark pays to presentation. While enjoying our meal at the sushi bar, we were able to watch Mark plate fish in creative and beautiful ways, nothing being repeated much making the plates seem unique.

If you want to see true sushi craftsmanship at work, definitely sit at the bar.

We will gladly be returning with our minds set on exploring more of what Mark and Pierce have to offer.

Rolls are always amazing. Love sitting in front of the Chef's while they prepair the rolls and sushi. The tempura ice cream is the Bomb! Also had the fresh scallops and for a person that prefers their seafood COOKED. I was impressed with the quality and freshness. Cant wait till next visit..
