very tasty pizzas salads and more the best of the best !!
I'm not vegetarian, let alone vegan, but I really enjoy Fino! It started with the pizza - thinnish crust and great red sauce. It became the only place I would order pizza. Then I branched out to the eggplant parmesan - thick slices and excellent marinara. I was never interested in meat substitutes, so I can't speak to them, but my mouth watered at the calzones and mounds of specialty fries that friends ordered. Today I health consciously ordered the garden salad with salmon. Totally surprised by how good the salmon tasted. Eventually I realized what a nice place - very friendly, creative touches to the menu, and the owner always upbeat and welcoming - plus happy to help local charitable organizations.
3.5 stars. First thoughts is that is it small strip mall place
Plenty of seating inside, clean and tidy. Concrete floors and faux steel walls. Standard seats. Large menu to choose from all vegetarian. Only one family eating there when I visited. The Greek salad was fresh and rumored not fully ripe, could have used a little more feta. The veggie pizza thin hD a great crust crispy and good toppings. I think the sauce could use some seasoning. All in all not bad to eat at.
A wide selection of dairy dishes: pizza, pasta, etc. as well as faux meat offerings such as chicken parmesan. The good is fine. The setting is fine. They prices are fine. This is neither a fancy or expensive restaurant. It meets those requirements. This is the kind of place you don't need to with about bringing your kids to.
I wish I had a picture to share my students smiles when we ordered this pizza. No leftovers in sight. My students asked me what the difference was in kosher pizza. They couldn't tell. The cheese was just right pulling gently as we took each slice. The dough was light and airy. Overall very impressed.
