First Watch - Preston Forest

Absolutely loved this place. Went for a birthday breakfast and the menu had tons of healthy choices. We ordered fresh juices which were packed with nutrients, the table is stationed for fresh coffee and water. I ordered breakfast tacos and hubby ordered pork plate. Both exploded our taste buds with goodness and left us fulfilled.

Lemon ricotta pancakes are not very fluffy or moist because they’re not buttermilk, they were multigrain. It was good regardless! You should be prepared for drier pancakes though. However, the best was the blue booster. A mix of blueberries, white grapes, lemon, and basil, it was the BEST juice I’ve had in a while. I want to go back to try the other items!!

The wait was long, and made me wonder if this place could really be that good. It was well worth the wait! It's a quaint little breakfast joint that opens early and is closed by 2:30 pm. They have a variety of options on their menu, and it was incredibly hard to choose! The food was all delicious, and the service was the best I've had in the past few days.
The bathroom was also very clean. They had four one-toilet bathrooms. And the doors indicated from the outside when they were locked or vacant, which was nice.

Fine scene for delicious breakfast. It was so appetizing. There was quick and friendly service.

Delicious, highly recommend the Morning Meditation. So refreshing and you feel great after drinking it. Usually feel gross and bloated after eating at certain restaurants. But there the quality is so good that I felt refreshingly satisfied when leaving.
