Love the burgers, fries and sweet tea!! ????

Initially visited the location in Chicago then the other by Uptown Dallas but they all seem to be consistent with taste. Parking however was painful around lunch hour.

I highly recommend their outstanding vegan burgers!

It's a perfectly fine burger. Everything i had, from the burger to the fries and shake were all flavorful, fresh and satisfying. For the price it just needs to be something more than just good. The portions are perfectly reasonable, if a little small by the standards of other similar burger places (Twisted Root). The main complaint i would have is that there was nothing worth going out of my way to eat again. There's no signature flourish or unique touch that would necessitate coming back, for me. It's very simple which is fine but there's more reasonably priced simple burger places all over that have the same level of quality.

The burgers are excellent! Meat was juicy and the bun was soft and moist not dry. The chicken was different but we still found it very delicious, crispy and juicy. The cheese and bacon fries were good. The shakes were on point. Not to thick not to thin, perfect consistency. They were rich and creamy.

The customer service was great. Our order came out quick, especially since there had been 5 of us. The place was kept clean and so were the bathrooms.

My only complaints are the burgers themselves are a bit on the smaller side for what you pay for. Yes it is a bit pricy to eat there but it is worth it.

The chicken burger is REALLY good. This was my first time here the only reason I’m rating 3 stars is because they said they were out of shakes at 8:30pm. I’m not sure if this means they are out of ingredients or they turned off the machines at this time. I understand being out of ingredients to make shakes but if they just simply turn the machines off at 8:30 being that they are open until 10pm is a different story.
All in all, great food but just come early! ????

tried shake shack once in Chicago and loved it. I was craving it ever since! happy we have a few locations here! great location. came an hour before close, it was pretty empty. I was glad about that. Great customer service, they even complimented us which was sweet. I already knew to expect to spend a lot for what we get. But the quality is there for me. Better than In n Out and Whataburger. I love it! People say the burgers are small but I think they’re a good portion size.
