I completed a walkthrough with Kate Bonzo. It was great her customer service was awesome she took her time and explain each floor plan and also offered to show me alternate floor plans to help my wife and I make a good decision. I inquired personally about the reviews and asked her for her feedback and she seemed to give honest and genuine feedback about some of the things that related to the reviews. I experienced no one being in the office on first attempt but came back a few hours later and realized that they were doing chores all day and seem to be only a two-person office. Nevertheless thanks Kaitlyn

We loved living here. The office people are super nice and do a great job! We love our view and living so close to awesome food. Apartments are large and open concept compared to some alternative layouts in other places. Maintenance does a great job and really helpful. So close to highway 30 but you can't hear the noise and it's easy to hop on the highway in the morning. My favorite is the location. Whisk is my go to and closes 10pm. Cibo is fun and closes at 10, ten ramen is so close! We love living next to Cooper's, the only place to get consistently always ripe avocados. Alas if they had apartments that had more than 2 bedrooms we would be tempted to stay forever. Would highly recommend.
