Manhattan Project Beer Co.

Went few weeks ago, had close to a perfect experience, so much so I couldn’t wait to go back. The second time around was such a disappointment . Ordered the same burger, that the bartender had suggested, she was spot on. When my burger came out it was dry and had a tiny smidgeon of mustard on it, which it says on the menu, comes with mustard, I asked for a little more mustard and was charged $.75. The person I was with ordered the 2 piece fried chicken, and had to ask the bartender for a napkin. Beer was very good but a long time to get one when empty. First time I was there was a 5-5 second time 2-5.

What an awesome experience! My wife and I went last night before the Stars game. Great atmosphere, food was fantastic and the beer even better. Jon and his team do an incredible job. Perfect place to relax and enjoy.

I tell anyone who will listen that Manhattan Project beer is the best. Period! Every time I come here it's even better than the last! Their beer and food selection keeps steadily expanding and it ALL delicious 😋 the arepas especially are well thought out and balanced in ingredients and proportions!! Highly recommend giving them a try! Now they even have a cheese platter with figs and an awesome jelly I couldn't figure out but loved!! I think a nice mead would be awesome to see from the brewery 😀 perhaps for the winter? Maybe a crazy idea but throwing it out there anyway 🙏🏽

Great decor... Very good beer... And the staff for the most part is spot on... Zach was especially good behind the bar. Very friendly.

It was indeed a beautiful area. The ambiance and atmosphere was just so fantastic. I really love their chicken wings. The beverage they have were tasty too. A relaxing place to be in.
