I am editing my review to 4 stars. As my previous review states, "the burgers are good and the prices are decent." Story stays true. Furthermore, my experience with staff has been nothing but positive. I live nearby and their response to the city lock down and still providing good eats is commendable. I appreciate the food culture the West End is trying to create. However, my rating is only as such because of the experience I had in my previous edit.

I really like this place and I would have rated it 5 stars if it wasn't for the visit I last had. Extremely, extremely rude service by the lady that took our order. She pretty much berated us on an issue that was very minor with our order. It totally killed the vibe our visit and was sort of embarrassing as I had hyped this place up so much with my friends that were visiting. If/when I come back and she is working, I will turn around and leave. Burgers are good and prices decent.

I went to this location to support them after what happened to their store. I am stuck in the middle on rating, because the customer service was impeccable and personal! The meal itself... not to write home about and not worth the obscene amount I paid for it. They do have a variety of options for the diverse group of clientele they attract. However, the burgers could use more flavor and the fries were so hard .... they seemed to be kettle chips not fries. THE SHAKE WAS EVERYTHING AND MORE. So smooth and silky , yes lawd. I'll be back for sure, but I hope that the patties are more packed with flavor and the fries aren't dry.

My experience was great. The owner took my order and he was very polite. My food was piping hot and seasoned very well. I drove about 20 minutes to get to this location and it was worth it????

Great burger place! I loved the American style fries. Had the dry aged beef with “Cowboy toppings.” Just incredible. Great outdoor seating as well. Awesome bacon and hickory on the burger as well.
