    We are in quarantine and have invited food trucks to our neighborhood. Ched brought his truck Just Encased. He came from 4:30-7:30 and he was busy every minute. Our neighbors stood in line 6ft apart. (state rules right now) They came out to support a small business through this tough time. They got so much more than just supporting a food truck. They got the most delicious sausages and Brats they’ve ever had. Our neighborhood FB blew up with rave reviews. Ched and staff could not have been nicer and more grateful. Please support Ched and food trucks like them. Their passion for what they do is evident and we want them in business a long time. Highly recommend.

    Yummy! We just enjoyed a fabulous Sheboygan Bratwurst with hand cut fries! Mmm just like we enjoyed in Wisconsin! Friendly people and tasty food! Give this truck a try!

    Had the vegeterian sausage at one of their regular appearances at the Cidercade in the Bishop Arts District! Easily the best vegan sausage substitute I've ever had since I've gone vegeterian! Loved that even a meat heavy place has a plant based entree, sausage is one of the things I miss the most and Just Encased gave that to me.
