This place was small but amazing! We got the Madgherita pizza and it was worth the money! The service was good! The workers were funny and spoke with us! We really enjoyed the pizza and sitting at the table outside in downtown Dallas! A must try if you are in town!
Crust was not burnt, cheese was cooked to perfection, plenty of toppings, and it was thin crust not regular but thin. Very surprised and satisfied with the pizza. I will return. My new favorite pizza spot.
5 Stars: The front counter girl was great super sweet helpful and nice. It was our first time visiting and she was very welcoming.
3 Stars: The food on the other hand was meh. The pizza looked good it was thin, had a crispy crust and was equivalent to 2 slices of pizza. The taste was very one note. I got the Margarita slice and a Custom(Italian sausage, jalapenos & mushrooms). First bite was good but the toppings lacked flavor. the sausage mushrooms and jalapeno all blended in taste with the cheese and the pizza sauce flavor was non-existent. FYI they are take out only but have 2 patio tables(seats 2 ppl) on the curb if you want to eat outside.
Go for the crust and the staff but don't expect much outside of that.
Its nice to have a Pizza Joint downtown very convenient i got me a half & half pie and a pizza kit. I love the idea of the pizza kit great for family game night (loser makes the pizza). The cook definitely knows what they are doing, it only took 7 mins to make a whole pie. Mad Pie is now my go to for pizza no doubt about it. I will recommend them to my family and friends
Amazing pizza! Definitely should be a destination spot for DFW. Got the Maverick and the Dallas Star this time. Not normally a bbq pizza person, but here it was the star of the show! The owner apparently smokes the brisket at home every day. Super friendly staff as well. The owner also sat outside and talked with us for a good while.
You can order by the slice, and they are HUGE. About 1/4 of a regular size pie.
