(April 22, 2019, 9:07 pm)Popeye's is great, IF the food is fresh. If the food is fresh it is literally the best fast food fried chicken out there. Especially the spicy (either tenders or chicken pieces, both are great and full of flavor). This restaurant is generally clean and the staff is very nice and considerate even when it gets busy. Just be sure to go at a busier time so the food is more likely to be fresh.
