This is not a "hang out" or a "burger shack". This is a lower end gourmet style restaurant. Wine is served here. The burgers are tasty, the shakes are good and the frys taste great even after going cold and reheating them in a microwave. The flaw for me is that the design does not met the expectations of a gourmet dining. Everything from the way the burgers are served to the seating is all fast food. I would take a date here as a one off to see how they like it. I am not going to spend 50 bucks on three little burgers, 3 orders of fries and 3 milkshakes. I will say they were some quality milkshakes. Just a bit small.

This place has really good food but they are expensive. Their shakes are excellent. The staff and managers are all very kind, customer oriented and focused which made me feel valued as their customer. I would return if not for being price focused myself because this is a high quality restaurant. I would of given 5 stars if not so expensive.

First time at the Shake Shake. First impressions, nice layout. No one greeted me as I entered ????. There are electronic ordering stations (I'm not a fan). You can order at the counter though. I didn't know that, since no one was there to greet me and explain the process. The ordering station was straight forward and easy; you pay there as well. Now the food: the burger was on the smallish size. So if you are hungry hungry order the double. But the burger was hot, delicious and fresh, and the crinkle fries were hot and fresh as well. (Both sold A la carte). I'm a mustard guy, but, their signature sauce is pretty good (I had them place it on the in case I didn't like it). One worker did come up to me and and how everything was and cleared my mess. Price wise, I thought it was over priced at just under $14.

Great selection. I like that the single isn't humongous. You can have a reasonable meal or a large one. Best fries around. Staff was attentive and friendly. You can order and pay on their terminals to avoid lines. All around one of my favorite burger joints.

Burgers are smash style. Perfect charr on them.
Fries are solid. Not the best I've had but definitely good for that price tag.
Hot dog was sliced open and grilled. Locked in the flavor and moisture.

Definitely beats out most burger places in the area. Knowledgeable staff and great service. Worth your time.
