Was over this part of town for business and stopped in for lunch. Place is empty! Not sure why. Tons of beer on tap, good eats, great service, and unlike sister locations the bathrooms are clean. After a early dinner we still had time to kill while waiting for traffic to die down so we decided to pop in. Much to our surprise M-F 4-7 is happy hour and the drafts are 4.00!(what? No way)

Really great place for beer. I was traveling for work and sat at the bar and the bartender was very helpful in giving me local beer recommendations. Tons of options, and happy hour 4-7 most weekdays makes this a great spot to try a couple new beers. Kind of a smaller menu, but still diverse enough to have choices for any eater. I would definitely come back if I’m in the area again

I was at a nearby conference, looking for a relaxed place to grab dinner and a beer. After being ignored by the bartenders at Twin Peaks (next door), I walked over to the Flying Saucer and was pleasantly surprised how much better it was. The food was great and the bartenders were attentive and cool. I'll definitely go back next time I'm in that area!

It's quite pleasant to walk into a place after 2 or 3 weeks pass and be immediately recognized by the bartender who remembers exactly what your last 2 beers were and offers to pour one up. You don't get that level of service very often! This bartender's knowledge of beer is just incredible and he makes some very good recommendations. They have a great selection of beers on tap and really good German beers, which most bars don't even carry in a bottle. Their bottle selection is quite deep as well, so for the beer connoisseur this is THE place to go for a wide range of beers from around the world. I never feel rushed when I go here and the bartender keeps close, but isn't trying to get me to rush. I like the atmosphere and the little sitting area with a couple of chairs and couches (leather of course) with a coffee table which is great when you just want to chill out with friends for a bit. Bathrooms are always clean and fresh. I've had a limited amount of food on the menu, but it was very good, too. Overall, I'd be inclined to make this place a hangout if it weren't 30 miles away. But I make a point to stop by whenever I'm in the area.

Amazing place for craft beers. In my opinion that's about it. The environment didn't feel very welcoming unless you're a beer bro. Overpriced standard bar food. Definitely the place to go for just beers. Look at their website to know which days to go and get a better deal!
