Starbucks

Surprised drive thru wasn't that long. Got a hot chocolate and a white chocolate mocha with vanilla bean. Very impressed.

I have nothing but amazing things to say about this starbucks. This morning, I placed a mobile order but unfortunately, the mobile order didn’t go to the right store and i was in a hurry. Delilah at drive thru managed to get me my order and we had a great conversation about bands. Will always come to this starbucks from now on, Thank you! [:

This cafe is close to my apartment so I go often. The baristas are kind and the customer service is magnificent. I went late tonight and was greeted at the drive through by a worker. She had the most outgoing voice and was hilarious. I will be coming back to this location more often now. It’s the best one around the Lake Highlands area. You won’t be disappointed!

Although I’m a local, I never noticed this location before. It was my First time coming to this Starbucks and I had a great experience. I didn’t get the name of the young lady but she looked like a teen or early 20s. I got my order 8/12@8:12am reg 4 she was assigned. I went through drive thru and ordered my usual with pastries. It was taking a bit but not too long. She kept me entertained with small talk and she was super sweet and charming. I wanted to give her some due credit. Usually, this time of day it’s a rush and people at the window are doing what they need to do to get everyone moving and satisfied with their orders. Not much time for a good morning. Except this young lady was good with every customer. I was hearing her from the cars before me and I just thought it was nice. I’m sure she made someone’s day, she did for me. I’ll be coming here more often now that I noticed how much closer this is to home and for the service. Thank you Starbucks!
