Absolutely fantastic night manager is worth going back to this place just to talk to him he was great and of course great food as usual
Friendly staff. Great food. They didn't have my honey oats bin but, the Italian herb and cheese bun was good. She didn't hesitate to put extra veggies when I asked for them. Very good.
My husband and I went by there on a Sunday afternoon. When we were walking up we noticed the sign for their wraps. So my husband decided on the Chipotle Southwest Steak and Cheese. There was only one employee there she said she was the manager. I ordered mine and she went on to make my husbands. She informed my husband what was on the wrap and he agreed to everything she said was in it. She was very friendly and helpful. We’ll needles to say he went to another location and they didn’t know what came on it. He said it didn’t taste the same and by then he didn’t remember what came on it. I like when employees at fast food/restaurants know the menu and what the items they are making are prepared with. We will definitely be coming back.
First time I have ever been to this Subway. Seems nice, relatively clean. It was during lunch time, so they were busy. This review is only about what I witnessed. The gentleman in front of me let the lady behind the contour, she started his wrap and asked me what I wanted. I let her know, then she asked the person behind me what they wanted. When the employee got the 3rd order in the toaster, she when back to the gentleman in front of me. He let her know that he would like spinach, she grabbed lettuce. When the gentleman let her know that he wanted spinach, she dumped and shook the lettuce back in the bin. He then asked for a lot of black olives, the employee but maybe a handful of olives on the wrap, walked away because now the toaster went off. When she came back, he asked for more olives and then let her know that he would like ranch on the wrap. She put some ranch on it, put the bottle back and started picking olives up that fallen off the wrap. The gentleman asked for more ranch, the employee did not acknowledge that she heard him, so he repeated himself. The employee did not acknowledge again. He raised his voice some saying, " Ma'am, I would like more ranch". That is when the employee looked up and said, "There is no need to yell at me, I can hear you". She gave him some more ranch and he paid and left. When I finished my purchased, I asked for the employees name, I was told, Alegandra.
Now, this whole situation would have been different if she would just have acknowledge the customer. I felt she was unprofessional and her attitude was uncalled for. One could tell she was frazzled since there was a rush. I worked in the food industry for years when I was younger and not once would I have ever gotten away with speaking to a customer in that way.
