Tei Tei Robata Bar

My son and his wife love Tei Tei! They take us there when we visit them or for family celebrations. The staff is very welcoming and the atmosphere reminds me of our trip to Japan. The food is authentic, fresh, and delicious!!

Exceptional Japanese cuisine. The robatayaki sea bass was very delicate but flavorful. Everything I had was very good. It is also a treat to see items being cooked on the open robata grill while sitting at the bar. The food is pricey but well worth it. One of the best Japanese restaurants in Dallas.

The dinner was so good! We had Ashley as our server, and she was extremely nice and helpful with guiding us through the meal. The sushi was pretty good, but the Robata! Wow! The grilled Branzino (bass) was easily my favorite part of the meal. Highly recommend!

This place was seriously amazing. It is pricey but the food is extremely delicious, experience is wonderful, and I feel its one of those places you need to visit and experience at least once.
I would recommend the smoked salmon, it's a classic and it is insanely good at this place. The pieces are thick and long, and full of rich, lasting flavor. I suggest chewing slowly and really taking the time to appreciate each bite.
While here we did order a handful of items from each section of the menu to really get a variety and chance to fully experience what they had to offer. Each plate that came out was so good, couldn't go wrong trying something new. I also ordered the lychee cocktail which smelled amazing and also tasted pretty good.
Our waiter was very kind, friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable of the menu. The staff was kind and welcoming from the moment we walked in, until the moment we said our goodbyes.

Really good Japanese place, all raw products are really fresh and dishes well executed. The restaurant do offer a complementary valet. The service could have been better a little slow and the waiter took our bottle of sake although it was far from being empty..$45 the hotel you must pay better attention!
