    Loved the ambience and the evening vibes! While the sun is got down, this place is glittering with the golden rays and the golden beer being cheered inside.
    Must try the fish and chips for how fresh and tasty the fish is and the fries with 3 different delicious dips is just a best side while enjoying the Moscow Mule. Cheers!

    The customer service is GREAT! Food is good & drinks are plentiful! Great place to sit outside & enjoy some Texas sunshine with friends or your pup! Highly recommend this place! Additionally, during Covid, the tables remained distanced enough that I never felt unsafe!

    Stopped in for coffee this morning. It's definitely the best cup I've had since moving to Dallas, and I appreciate the free refills. It's a great place for getting work done as long as you don't mind the moderate noise. For some reason their hours on Google aren't updated, but they do serve coffee and breakfast/brunch foods from 7am to 1 pm Monday thru Friday.

    Have a craving for fish and chips, or other classic pub foods!? Want to enjoy a cozy atmosphere to hangout with friends or family? This is definitely the place to be! Great selection of beers, wines, and spirits, and the food was amazing—try out the Reuben sandwich or German platter on a second visit.

    WOW! My first visit to Old Monk was unforgettable. Being a college student in the middle of a pandemic had me dying to get out and shake off the blues. Old Monk did just that for me! Drinks were amazing (I got a rotator beer, called the Epic Big Bad Baptist, as well as a Hot Buttered Rum from their seasonal warm drink menu- just what I needed to warm my body & heart). The food was beyond outstanding!! Between the pretzel that was baked to perfection, the yummy fried mushrooms, and the Guinness beef stew, I couldn't tell you what was the best. Best pub food in Dallas, I am not exaggerating. Alas I cannot conclude this review without giving a special mention to Mira and her outstanding level of knowledge, hospitality, and and overall friendliness! Best service!!!!! THANK YOU MIRA. We will be back to take care of you again girl!
