Tejas

Ordered to go the brisket and steak tacos during the shut down. So delicious! We live an hour south of Dallas but whenever we are in the city, we will make sure to stop and grab some tacos! I can’t wait until this all over and we can actually sit down and eat there. Such a cool place! Thanks for staying open and giving us to go options!

Delicious tacos and drinks. Really cute decor, homey feel, nice open space with lots of light. Staff was polite and food came out quick! I will be back for sure. The in house salsas are fantastic!

I was nervous at first, I'm very particular about my Tacos, and it is REALLY easy to taint my impression of a taco.

I CAN, and WILL say, however... these tacos were AMAZING!

The seasoning was just right, and while the salsa could have been spicier, I wouldn't expect local visitors to enjoy anything spicier than sugar. Totally not the restaurant's fault, though. It's understandable.

All in all the tacos were amazing, I'm sure they're a great representation of the rest of the food there, and would definitely come again.

Pretty good tacos and reasonably priced. Fresh flour tortillas and local meat. Order at the counter, take a seat and they’ll bring it out. Beers and sodas available. We went on a Saturday at 9:30 and it was mostly empty. We ordered 4 tacos and they were out within 10 minutes.
I ordered the
~Avocado, bacon, charro - beans were creamy, crisp bacon, and strip of avocado
~Chicken al carbon - the meat and veg combo was tasty but a little bland overall. Could be seasoned more

Tortillas were delicious tasting fresh with a light crisp to them.

Would recommend for a quick breakfast taco fix.

Tried Tejas for the first time. Loved the breakfast Tacos and the open, spacey interiors. Food was very fresh and flavorful. The curly fries were crispy and awesome. The waitress who took care of us was very sweet and friendly. Highly recommended!
