The Ginger Man

This bar has a great selection of drinks as well as some delicious flat-breads and sandwiches. Cocktails and mixed drinks seemed a bit overpriced, but that's not what you come to a place like this for anyways. The atmosphere was awesome.

Great patio. Dog friendly. Fair price.

If you like old school buildings with a unique individual vibe.... The Ginger Man. In the shadows of towering metal and glass buildings with no character lies an escape back to when people could escape the bustle of traffic jams, goofy drivers, and the compound annoyance of modern Dallas. Nice parking lot. Good drinks and European style service without the pomp and circumstance. Go to get away!!!

Finally got a chance to visit this legendary place today and it was exactly as good as I expected. You cannot build these places, they just need to exist, hopefully for decades more.

Very comfortable with an amazing selection of brews on tap. It's not really a small bar, it's just the front bar is dark and not wide. There's a lot more to this place so I encourage you to explore. I went on a dark rainy day and wanted to stay and drink forever. Wonderful bartender, reasonable prices.
