Twin Peaks

We visited the Addison location and the service was great. We received our food quick and it was hot and delicious. We specially appreciate the Manager lady. She checked on us several times to make sure we were okay. I watched her go from table to table to check on the customers. I think that's awesome customer service. Our waitress kept checking on us as well and kept our drinks refilled. I would definitely reccomend this location. Kudos to the lady manager and her staff!!!!

The waitress Markela was amazing. She saw I walked in with no hostess up front, then took it upon herself to seat me. She followed that up with taking great care, and cheerfully requested my cold fries be replaced with extra crispy ones as I requested. She even caught one mistake with my food prior to bringing it to my table....all this while quite busy with few staff available just prior to shift change. To top it off, what a nice person.

Lindsey was great! She’s really nice and made me feel welcome in a place I haven’t been in years. The food was really good, especially the hangover burger. Truly an A1 experience!! 10/10

Delani exceeded what I considered excellent service. She was an amazing host. Her personality was very bubbly! Not only was she very kind and attentive, she just made the whole experience a fun time for the gang. Definitely coming back because of her!
