Uncle Julio's

I have lived and worked by this place for many years and have been drawn in by the amazing smells that surround the building. Finally made the time to try it and was not impressed. It took over an hour just for one round of drinks and two entrees. We understand when places are busy but they weren't that busy. Out of our entire visit, the waitress rarely came by. My friend ordered from the brunch menu and I ordered the fish tacos. Our food was not flavorful but the salsa and margaritas were good. Good but $12 per drink. We spent around $60 before tip not neither of us felt like our food was worth the price. We thought it wouldve been better.

Beef enchiladas done in a classic Tex Mex style. They are pretty tasty. Good margarita too. Service at the bar was prompt and efficient, but the seating there was slightly awkward.

The service was excellent, and the food was good. We had our whole family there, so it was our Sunday dinner. The server made guacamole at our table, we enjoyed every bite.
The server made it easier by helping us with our low carb diet, by no beans and rice, and tortillas (we would have liked them very much).
I will say it was kind of pricey!

This is our GO-TO restaurant for family gatherings. We had a a great time here. Margarita was good and came out fast. Server was wonderful, took great care with the orders and never had a glass allowed to be empty. My wife and I had the beef fajitas for two while my daughter had the fajitas with beef and shrimp.

Great Uncle Julio's location. Consistent quality and good service. I'd recommend that staff help each other out and refill basics like water and tea as they're passing through their section(s). Many times a staff member in an adjacent section would fill that table's drinks, yet pass right by our table will empty glasses. Just some teamwork advice to keep the customers happy. We love the Taco Tuesday, and the fact that you offer Grilled Veggie Fajitas.
