The service was wonderful, but the food was not so great. The chicken was super spicy/hot (if you like that then you will love this chicken), the rice was very bland and overcooked.
There was an older gentleman sitting near the entrance, lounging, enjoying his drink when we arrived. I’m unsure whether he was an owner or a family member of the owner, either way he was wonderful and offered great conversation as we waited for our food. Also, the gentleman working there was equally great, his service was wonderful. I would return for the social experience, but not for the food. Thats just personal preference.

This was my 1st time going there. It was recommended by my friend. I was greeted with a warm welcome. I ordered a stew chicken plate. The food was absolutely delicious!!! The peas & rice was on point; especially the stew chicken. This is what real authentic Caribbean food should taste like. I’ve been to Aldeeze, Murphy’s Mansion, Island Spot, Jamaicans Gate, Elane’s Kitchen, etc... to name a few of the other Island restaurants in the Dallas area. However “Reggae Wings & Tings” is by far my favorite. Plus they give you a lot of food for the price. I will definitely go back there.

My visit today was pleasant. I was greeted when I entered. The cashier took the time to explain menu items and offered items. Very friendly. I ordered oxtails, rice and peas, beef patties, and fried plantain. My only complaint is that the plantain was too soft. I like mine fried hard. They were nice and sweet tho. Oxtails were plenty and tasty. Beef patties were delicious!! Rice and peas were enough to compliment meat. Oh...dessert..the pound cake was offered, so I tried it. It was so moist and delcious!!
