“Always a great experience at Tuscany’s. Our recent visit was great we went early on a Saturday ordered a cheese pizza, the spaghetti and the chicken Alfredo. Everything was fresh and delicious, and our waitress Liz did a great job. This is a great family run restaurant. We come at least once a month now. “The Tuscany” supreme pizza is always great. The free bread is always great. The owner is very kind and helpful and all of the waitresses do a stellar job.”

“It was great!!! The food was nice, the restaurant is clean, the personnel were courteous, the owner/manager was courteous and welcome customers with a warmth smile. Very important but l did not like the fact that the service personnel were coming out of the kitchen in their soiled cooking APRON to attend to the customers. That is very umprofessional. Hope to see improvement on that. Let those that cook remain in the kitchen and others in appropriate attire to come out to the restaurant hall to serve. Other than that, the food is GREAT!!!. I will give the 5 star for good food.”

“First time I've been there for quite a while. Very busy but the employees are very friendly and helpful. We ordered a couple of the potatoes, maxed out and they were so big we had to take them home! It was a Sunday so it was very busy and seating was a challenge but still okay. After eating as much as we could of the main meal, we saved room for the soft serve icecream. They were out of the vanilla at the time. It was getting down to temperature but the chocolate was fine and they even had chocolate syrup for it. The cones were nice, fresh, and crispy. All in all a very nice experience. We'll find one in our area now!”

We received great customer service from several different waitresses, and one may have even been the manager or owner. The food was outstanding, I felt that we got great portions for the price. The guy who was KS#15 on 2/3/2019 @ 1:53AM was really friendly from the get go pulled up to the window and paid. The guy was really outgoing and berry polite something that you don't see much that often at that late time at night and at a drive thru. Got my food quick not long wait like other places”

“Working in Grand Prairie and had to eat at Pollo Salsa. The chicken was very moist today and enjoyed the complimentary fresh fried chips with salsa bar and condiments. The restaurant is also always clean and well stocked. A great place to get grilled chicken Mexican style. Excellent authentic Mexican food. Very busy place on a Sunday afternoon. Great variety of choices to chose from. I will definitely frequent the place again.”

“The customer service is wonderful, everyone is always so nice and polite. There is a little wait, but it's worth it because the food is good, fresh and hot. My daiquiri was was made before my food, but while the wait was a bit long a gentleman came over to me and said, " l noticed you have been waiting a while, what did you order" l told him ,- he said it will be out shortly, and he offered to make me another daiquiri because mine had melted a little.....Wow! They started cleaning at 730 and started putting up all the condiments, and they claimed to have no butter. Then they got a little hateful/upset that we got the managers info. They seemed to have a grand ole time standing around, chatting, and laughing...but not doing anything as far as work. Food came out in 3 different shifts.”
