Joe's Coffee Shop

Food was good and so was the service. Nothing was cold and the server offered to refill coffee cups before they were empty. Wait time wasn't bad either. Overall a good experience.

This is going to be my new favorite place. Hostess Tammy is so nice, like the rest of personel. Customer service is amazing! The food is simple but good. They have plenty of choices and prices are decent. I will definitely come back here again!

This is an old school coffee shop that has been in business for 50yrs this year! They still believe in old fashioned ways. That means you get excellent service, the food is awesome, and it's definitely a cozy place to eat! It's motto is where Irving meets to eat, and it's definitely true! I have seen strangers share a table, an elderly woman being treated like a rock star by a lot of people who are coming into eat. They all stop and give her a kiss, and a hug! I wish I knew her! I've seen the owner offer to feed a homeless man, and her saying that no one will ever go hungry there because they have no money! This is an amazing place, and I would definitely recommend it!

Food is always excellent, service is great, what more could you want?! Joe's is celebrating 50 years of serving top-notch homecooking this year! A restaurant that has been in business must be doing it right. Tammy is the ultimate example of what a manage should be. She always moves around greeting customers and thanking them for their business. If you haven't been to Joe's, you owe it to yourself to give them a try. Oh, and don't forget the pies! Even if you go for breakfast, you need ti get a slice to go! Thanks Tammy and your mom, Carol, for all you've done for Irving, TX!! Here's ti the next 50 years!

Great place. Warm friendly atmosphere. Always a lot of people there. If you are so inclined, you can end up striking up a conversation with a regular customer who has been eating there for as much as fifty years. Good menu selections. Different specials every day. They welcome substitutions and special orders too. I worked for a guy who still eats there twice a day, and has for the last twenty years. You gotta be doing something right to keep people coming back like that. I definitely recommend it.
