La Margarita

Great tex-mex with a flare. Very interesting and flavorful dishes well served and prepared. Prices are reasonable. The salsa is served warm which is a little off putting at first but it is still tasty. Service is friendly with no frills. Highly recommended if you are in the are and looking for a solid no chain restaurant with many good dishes.

A nice young Latina from Colombia and I went here for lunch today as she was wanting to try Mexican food. The Google search listed this place as a good authentic Mexican restaurant. I must say we were both very impressed with La Margarita. The service was excellent. The restaurant was clean. The food was wonderful. She loved the steak quesadilla and margarita she had. I loved the steak on green and red sauce with rice and charro beans that I had. All in all it was a very nice dining experience. Check it out.

I love this place! Salsa comes to the table warm. My fave meal is gorditas, but everything I've tried is great. They make a friendly margarita too!

La Margarita was good. Very affordable prices and good food was the consensus among our group.

We came here to get together with friends and family and they accommodated us with no problem after a little wait. (30 people).
They do take reservations.

The restaurant is not huge but is not small either. It has plenty of staff and overall food came out in a timely manner.

I had the steak tacos and they were good... meat had a lot of flavor and they were a good size taco.
I would recommend improving the salsas. Not that it is bad... but they have no spicy salsas at all.... really... a Mexican restaurant without spicy food?

The decoration is good and it feels inviting.

Updated review: The only Mexican restaurant we eat at! Food is always delicious, service is spot on - they take good care of us when we visit. If you like quality Mexican food, this is where you will want to dine! Oh, food is always consistently high quality.
