First time visit and was not disappointed! The wait time was only about 10 minutes. We arrived at 6:30 pm on a Wednesday night.
The burgers are large and very tasty. I love the sauce, love, love, the big piece of crisp lettuce and nice slice of tomato 🍅 and the bun nice and soft. I ordered the onion rings and they were “homemade” and we perfectly cooked !
My husband tried the peach pie shake and he enjoyed it very much! I would have liked to have seen the pies displayed. A great selling point!
I was impressed with menu and they have a nice kids menu and also a gluten free menu. I am going to try the grilled chicken salad next visit and looking at menu, there were many salads and wraps to pick from.
    Recommend highly!

Not worth it, in my opinion. The two biggest drawbacks are the price and wait time.

Price: $8 (their signature burger) + $3 (tater tots or fries) + $7 (shake) = $18. For $18 at a burger place, it's going to have to be one of the best burger meals of my life, and unfortunately, it doesn't live up to it. The burger was massive and good, but it wasn't as good as similarly priced burgers from Hopdoddy's or Rodeo Goat. The shake was a rip-off... There was nothing special about it that justifies the price. On a more positive note, the tater tots were excellent... but it was given in a paper sleeve in a size that is slightly larger than what is traditionally served as a Small at McDonald's. The portion just didn't feel right for what I was paying.

Wait time: So my wait time wasn't as long as others have experienced, but I would say it was longer than you would expect. When you consider the low foot traffic at the time, I can't help but wonder how this place is going to survive when the pandemic dies down and more customers come in. Also, I suggest the owners/workers actively ask if the customers would like their shake when their food comes out. Because like others have mentioned, my shake was definitely starting to melt by the time my food arrived.

Overall, it was okay, but certainly not a place I'd go back to, unless changes are made. I'd love to support local businesses, but when you're located in such a hot area with so many other food options around, you've gotta be competitive with your pricing and service, especially when Steak 'n Shake and Shake Shack are nearby.

Burgers and fries was good. The burger was a good size very filling. The creme vanilla shake was okay. It would be better if pie shakes and concrete
Custard pie ice cream was on the menu. Something to think about. The workers are slow. It took too long to receive my shake.

Been here twice in two weeks. The burgers are wonderful. The first time I went, I made the mistake of getting a double burger. The burger felt like it weighted 5lbs and I couldn't finish it. So even for someone with a huge appetite like myself, a single burger is fine. The fries, tots and onion rings are all spectacular in flavor and crispiness. And the pie shakes are delicious too. The staff is very friendly and attentive. This place is definite on my go-to list. It's so good to have something unique in this chain heavy part of Irving.

Went a week ago. The food was great and HOT. I read other reviews before going in and I think they had a couple issues after opening but all of those seem to be resolved. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The Coconut Creme shake is the best shake I’ve ever had in my life. Think when John Travolta tries Uma Thurman’s milk shake in Pulp Fiction: That’s the appropriate response. Great experience. Going back today.
