Zalat Pizza N O’Connor Irving

Ordered for the first time last night and it was hot and ready when we picked it up. The best pizza I have found in the DFW area! Delicious! A little pricey but worth it.

We just moved to the area from out of state and decided to try Zalat Pizza. We ordered the Buffalo Pizza and their Master-class Pepperoni 18” pie. Both were delicious! Both pies had so much flavor and a perfect thin crust. The quality of the ingredients is great too! I also like the little notes left on the pizza box for you to discover when you open it.
We have got their pizza a few times now and dropped by in person to pick up as well and their staff inside were so nice too. This is going to be our new neighbourhood pizza spot!

Ordered a take-out Master-class Pepperoni 18” pie. Staff was prompt and courteous and got the treasure home. The pizza is now an ‘ex-pizza’…bones and all (that’s what the sriracha is for). Delicious!

March 4 update

After the complaint below Zalat management reached out apologizing and asked us to give them a second chance. They promised to retrain their staff and refocus on quality and customer service. I AM HAPPY to say that they delivered. Today's pizza was up to Zalat's standards! On time, made to perfection, with the best ingredients. Everyone makes mistakes, but it's how you come back from the mistakes that matters. Thank you Zalat taking people's comments into account and making real changes. You promised to make changes, and you delivered.

We have been loyal Zalat customers since it opened in Las Colinas and have recommended it to all out friends. Sadly we have seen the quality and customer service decline drastically the past couple of times we have been. Our pizza was supposed to be ready at 6:45– they made us wait 30 minutes and when we received it the quality was really bad. The pizza was crooked, it wasn’t cooked right, didn’t have all the ingredients. The manager on staff was friendly but kept telling us a million excuses and then offered to remake it but said we had to wait another 20-30 minutes if we wanted it remade. This is not the first time this has happened. Very disappointed as we usually love Zalat pizza but this is truly unacceptable.

We are in town for a convention and this was close to our hotel, that's not something we've had before. Pizza could have had a little more sauce for my liking but the speed at which we got our food was fantastic! Especially for someone who had hungry kids in the car. And attention to the customer is Beyond plus Ultra! Love the surprise messages in the boxes.
