This location uses the vibrating and flashing pagers so that the employees do not have to shout out your number. This location has a public drink station like most. The dining room here is best suited for 2-4 in a party. There is only one booth which accommodates 5-6 in a circle.”

My husband had a new dish with steak, veggies & rice which he really liked. My dinner was also very tasty. Their quiche is always delicious & so is their tomato basil soup. “I've only been here twice but the experience was still a good one. One of the two times the drive thru server wasn't very friendly. You could tell she didn't want to be there. The food both times was good. The building and parking lot were in good repair. The parking lot was pretty big plenty of places to park. There was quiet a bit of construction out in front of the building both times. The building is easy to see from the main road. This part of town has a lot of traffic.”

Well I had to pull over I visit McDonald's today I just want to share some with you not trying to touch on nobody's toes a day but since I'm a customer I think I should share something with y'all okay so this is class right now okay I need forgot to get y'all know books and number 2 pencils. I know that's kind of funny what I'm saying so let me get started I'm a long-time customer I like my food to be right I feel that when you put too much salt on the customer french fries then we got a problem. Understand we make mistakes true enough I'm Fair but I also don't drain the french fries with salt and all you taste is salt. That mean the french fries is too salty. As a customer I want to address this when you are taking the french fries out and you dumped it inside the pan that y'all usually put it in oh whatever put just a dab I'm salt. But sometime people don't like salt on their french fries there for you need to ask the customer do you want salt on it. So what I did today is I went by McDonald's off of MacArthur in Irving I've been hearing about a spicy chicken so I want to try it out myself and also the french fries as well a small one. The chicken a little spicy but I'm feeling that meaning is good. But the french fries I just went ahead and kept them because it has some really nice kind cashier and I also the person in the window was kind too. And that's the reason why I gave you a 3-star hopefully someone that work for McDonald's read this and share this with others and I hope they don't get upset about this and learn from this. And I really do think it's good that we can tell others about I experience. I will try again at a later time at the McDonald's on MacArthur in Irving. “I placed my order using the app. It allows you to choose your pickup time down to minutes. I chose 1:02pm which is close to my 1:00pm lunch time to ensure my food was hot. I received a text at 12:52pm, 10 minutes before my requested time stating my food was ready. Needless to say my burger and fries were cold when I arrived. The owner did not apologize, but instead advised me that I should be satisfied that my order was ready before I arrived. He seemed annoyed that I requested hot fries ( I accepted the lukewarm burger because I only get 30 minutes for lunch). He was defensive instead of professional and lacks customer service skills. He also doesn't understand how the app works. I wouldn't recommend using it if you expect your food to be ready at the time you request it.”

“This particular location was very fast and very friendly. It was late at night and I hadn’t had dinner yet, so naturally I was starving. Out of no where I see the beautiful Golden Arches rising from the tree line. This had exactly what I needed, a piping hot double cheeseburger and a sprite. Ate my food in the parking lot and left feeling completely satisfied. Exiting the location is a little tricky but manageable.”
