We had some gift cards and decided to return to Chili's. We had not been here for a while. The staff was friendly and the food delicipus and reasonably priced. I wish they would bring back there prime rib tacos.....
Everything was great! Ordered To-Go and service was wonderful and prompt. Only let down was leaving out my sons chips and salsa on the order. However, we will return.
On my dinner date we were set down at a table while we were sitting at the table the way there came and took out order they took a while to bring silverware in straws for our drinks and while we were sitting there waiting another customer slipped and fell and some spilled liquid we helped her up and after she had fallen we notify the staff in one of the waiters just put a wet and slip sign over this bill instead of wiping the spill up left the spill there for about another 10 minutes before upper management which is a supervisor or manager came and made a discovery of the slip fall and then they white up the spill I think it took too long another person could have still slipped and fell even though the wet sign was right there because it took up the whole owl I was very disappointed I couldn't even get out of my booth for I fear of the wet spot and slipping and falling. The food was okay it was good the plate was hot but the food was not totally hot but I will try to give them another chance at that the mesquite location
Over all the food and service was good. They need to learn the difference between sweet and unsweet tea. Myself and other people asked for sweet tea and received unsweetened tea. They claimed the added sugar but dd not taste like it. This is a small thing but it is a detail that they should watch.
