Got to say, not bad pricing for a Mexican buffet($20 & that's including tip). Will have to admit I was disappointed about the options here and the quality of food. It is very Americanized Mexican food, have your usually entrees you'd expect but could tell a majority of the food isn't Mexican fresh like most Mexican restaurants. I will however rave about their freshly made to order sopaipilla with a bottle of honey and cinnamon with sugar mix. Interesting way they handle their buffets, you arrive and select your food cafeteria style, then pay at the end. At the table, you raise a flag request additional food. Great place to come eat your heart out for decent Mexican food on a budget

    Great and friendly staff.
Made myself some nachos and they were delicious. :3
    Love the veggies.
    Lettuce were kinda old.
Fro-yo machine made up for it all.

Pancho's has been around for years. Good food at reasonable price all you can eat buffet. If you forgot to get something while in line or were out you can raise the flag and your waitress will get it for you. ???? This location in Mesquite is the only one I know still standing. Great place for the family.

Pancho's has been my favorite Mexican food restaurant since I was just a little kid. It's sad to see them going the way of the dinosaur. I ate here Monday for the first time in eleven years because I moved out of the area and we don't have them where I live now. The sour cream enchiladas were just as good as they used to be and the sopapias were absolutely divine! The restaurant itself is a little worn out, the tile has been removed from the floor and the glue scraped to leave just concrete floors, but it's not bad. It just looks like an old authentic Mexican restaurant.

This location is great and has great food. Great quick-service even when they're busy. Facility is always clean. Food is always fresh. Staff is friendly and works to help you out as much as possible. Is very comfortable inside. This location is accessible friendly and has an accessible entrance. there's plenty of parking and getting to this location is easy. Be aware there are some potholes in the parking lot. Harry is not the best however this location is not a horrible spot.
