    This location has good chicken, but sometimes you have to wait a bit for it. Additionally, its parking lot is situated in a very busy intersection without a very good exit. Still, decent good at a very friendly price and nice staff.

    I can honestly say it's just okay. the chicken is a little dry especially when you order a leg the end of the leg is just hard crusty skin. If you want a place that has better sides and way better chicken go to Pollo Regio.

    Boy did I miss my El Pollo Loco. I use to have it at least once a week back in California. Definitely get a drink here because their open fountain service has Horchata. The chicken is such a healthy alternative to fried chicken and chicken strips.

    I tried this place out today during lunch and used the drive-thru. Chicken was great and crispy, the mac and cheese was real cheesy and not dry at all. The mashed potatoes were very delicious as well.

    They don't include spoons when you order a soup just a fork and knife with a napkin.
    I ordered the 2 piece chicken and paid extra for breast and wing but the portion still seemed small.
