Very tasty food yet a mixed bag when it comes to service. Also tends to be very busy. Does offer very entertaining live music; therefore, prepare to yell for conversation or just enjoy that live-music ride!
Great food. Horrible service! A condiment station would be great since they never bring enough and you could be on the way out the door before you could get a waitress to come by. They have plenty of help that really like to visit with each other and be on their phone. Really a shame because it would take so little to improve the service. We usually go around 4:30 so that is not a busy time!
Better than your average catfish and fries kind of place. Large and has always been easy to park at lunchtime. Great daily lunch specials at excellent prices for very good quality food which is cooked right. I have never been there in the evening. Cashiers could use a bit of positivity training to smile and be more pleasant. Otherwise, I have no complaints.
Couple of things about the place.
Food was great I had shrimp and scallops. I was skeptical at first expecting more fast food type of fair, I was wrong. The food was delivered to table quickly and was HOT freshly made no warning lights here. The vegetables were cooked perfectly and the rice was cooked right. The seafood came with a butter cream type sauce. Now the sauce was perfect on the seafood, rice, and vegetables. I know that since it was tasty chances are it was not healthful for me, fair trade I would admit.
Only down side was how loud it was, the music was a little loud but add in every person talking louder to be heard over the radio and then as of that was not loud enough there was a live band warming up, I had to leave at that point.
