Shorty's BBQ

I live in the area and was craving BBQ so I checked out Shorty's BBQ. I ordered a rather large order for one person, but I wanted to taste the different food they had to offer. I ordered a 2 meat plate: chicken and ribs with sides of broccoli cheese and rice and smoked cabbage; also a pound of sliced brisket. I did not get to try the ribs because the order got confused and I received smoked brisket on the plate. Overall the service was great and the food is AMAZING!! I would recommend this BBQ restaurant to anyone wanting some quality BBQ.

Stopped by walked in service was amazing very nice and happy people. Got a bbq sandwich it was very good, the best. Also needed a veggie plate and they hooked me u with at of sides and she way happy.will stop by again soon!

Good prices, little hole in the wall place. Got the brisket chopped sandwich which was a little dry but decent flavor. 1pm in the afternoon and already out of banana pudding. What a shame.

Looks like a shack, but don'tbe fooled!Wonderful brisket & chicken. Never had smoked cabbage before, but I loved it! Don't usually like brown beans, but these are spiced & cooked with some brisket in it. All you can eat, so I ate!
Also got a loaded baked potato. When they say "loaded", they mean "LOADED".
I got two more meals out of the leftovers. And like that too!
I'll be back!
For truck drivers - there is good parking ( gravel lot), but be gone before 8am or code enforcement will get you!!!

I cant say enough good things about Shorty's! We ordered 3 family dinners for my daughters wedding reception and the food was wonderful. I called the day before, talked with Yolanda and had all plans laid out. She gave me her husbands cell number (Brad) to call when headed that way. When we picked up the order, the gentle man had everything ready, brought it out to the car and was super nice. 2 hours later, Brad called to ask if everything turned out ok. That kind of customer service is not seen often. All of our food was great! Beans, potato salad and coleslaw for sides and chicken, sausage and sliced brisket for the meats. The meats were super tender and everyone was pleased. Thanks again Shorty's! We wont be going anywhere else!
