I stopped here every morning before work and the staff always welcomes you with a warm hello and smile. The location is ALWAYS clean and kept up and it's clear they care about the image of the store and the customer service. Once quarantine started and everything adjusted, I kept going through the drive-thru each morning to support this location. Even with the stress of the changes, the people here stayed cheerful and welcomed me with a warm hello that I think we could all use right about now. Falcon, the store manager and Jasmine (I believe is her name!) have completely won my heart over! They ask how I am, have a quick chat and send me on my way with delicious coffee. Their customer service is hands down the BEST I have ever experienced and I will always continue to support this location.”

We ordered several different versions of the meatballs and a variety of sauces and were impressed with the quality. Their dishes have the charm and flavor of homemade food and are easily the rival of many high-end Italian restaurants. The meatballs are expertly crafted and a perfect balance of flavors and textures. I especially enjoyed the spicy marinara sauce. Most restaurants overpower the other ingredients with too much pepper. If you don't like it, we can make you something else." SO NICE.? With this, my daughter delighted in her first SB drink also by employee suggestion, a blended chocolate milk with whip! Finally, on a different day, my daughter and I wanted to share something light and healthy without caffeine, and yet again by suggestion we enjoyed a "Mint Majesty"! “The cheese burger combo is what I got today... it was huge and delicious! It also came with a hefty portion of thick cut fries. You definitely get your money's worth with the portion sizes here. The burger reminded me of a flavorful patty you would make at home. A lot of my co-workers had told me about this place and recommended it, I was glad to finally try it out. Great spot for lunch!”
