“It was a nice big shell station! The bathrooms were clean, which is VERY important! It wasn't busy when we went, because it was late at night. And quite honestly, I didn't even know someone was working there. The guy at the counter wasn't too interested in the fact that we were there. He was busy on his phone watching a show, and didn't respond or say anything to us. He could've been tired or something?? Everything looked well stocked for things you'd need to find. The only thing I'd suggest improving is the customer service at checkout. It truly makes or breaks an experience. You can have everything else going on right, but the first and last impressions are what people like myself will remember.”

“I love the 1st Ecclesia bakery in Carrollton. I visited Ecclesia bakery & brunch as soon as I know it soft open. Wow!!! There are so many of tarts, breads and cakes!! I tried lemon meringue tart and coffee&chocolate tart. It was amazing~ Even though the atmosphere is so cozy and esthetic!! I strongly recommend to go to the 2nd store of Ecclesia bakery and try some new breads and sweets. :)”

I have been to numerous panaderías in NW Dallas, stand alone ones, in grocery stores, etc. This is the one that gets closest to the bread I had in Mexico City.
