“This location is more spacious than the other location in Irving. The food is still AMAZING! My favorite dish is the Eel Donburi. It's grill cooked eel in a delicious mouth watering sauce cooked to a crunch edge but still breaks in your mouth per bite. Served on top a bed of seasoned white rice. May I recommend mixing a small amount of Wasabi. With sides included in the big bowl. Crab meat, panko(Japanese bread crumbs) tobiko caviar(fish eggs) avacado (a nice healthy amount) sprinkled with flakes of nori(seaweed). This is my favorite dish for a reason! For $13 no restaurant can ever beat it! I cannot express how much more I love this restaurant and now there's TWO!!!?? Choose this spot. You can't regret it.”

“Ordered their quick 1 bowl option from their lunch menu. They gave me the option to get both rice and noodles ???? which is great! I ordered the seasame chicken as the choice of protein. The sizing was surprisingly well for what they consider a small bowl. As for the price is a bit high for it's amount of food. If you're going to get the one bowl definitely order both rice and noodle. I want to come back and order different items from their menu. I look forward to it.”

“Food was really good (aside from the side salad). Went here with a group and wouldn’t recommend doing that, as it took nearly 40 minutes to get our food. The place was clean, comfortable, but a little warm with the doors open to the patio. Overall not bad but wouldn’t recommend going with a group unless you all want muffins and bottled beverages.”

“My kids and I are a big fan of paneer tikka masala and they always get it right here at Sawaii. Great consistent taste every time. the butter chicken with garlic naans are immaculate. We topped off our dinner with some rich tasting mango lassie that is made just right. Restaurant is well maintained and clean as always. Will definitely come back to try more food.”

I called and spoke a manager and he stated he would give me a credit for one of the order’s and to date they have not credited my account. This was May 22nd. ☹️ I will not be going back to this establishment. The store is clean, staff is friendly and food is good but fair is fair. Treat your customers properly.”

I also ordered spring rolls which where small in size but were surprisingly good! They charge .81 cents for sweet and sour sauce, but duck sauce is free.
