    My sister purchased the Lost Texan Café from the previous owner, Barbara back in August 2022.
    As I am reading through these poor reviews about the BBQ and the potato salad and beans.. I would highly suggest you come back and give us a try!!
    My sisters and dad have had experience with BBQ food truck in the Caprock Canyons years ago!!! I PROMISE you, you will LOVE the brisket!!!! We have had numerous regulars of LTC come in and are now enjoying the brisket and the ribs (every Thursday & Friday)...
    Since my sister has taken over ownership she has repeat customers coming in and buying the potato salad and beans by the QUART!!!!!

    We have yet to introduce our SIGNATURE FAMILY BBQ Sauce... But it will be coming soon!

    We have kept the same menu but of course we knew that the BBQ needed some dire help!!!

    Irma has also added a few NEW things to the menu! Stay tuned for even more exciting additions to the menu!!!!
    We are thrilled to serve Lamesa and the surrounding area, and the passersby as they travel!

    I had the chicken fried steak,frys and a side salad. Real chicken fry and real gravy and plenty of it. Wife had chef salad and said it was great. Too much for her to eat. Will definitely be going back. Can't forget the friendly service to top it off. Highly recommend it.

    Quaint little bbq that is very busy. Very friendly staff. The wait was about 15 min though and the bbq was just ok. I think they are popular for their chicken fingers but I wanted Texas bbq.
