Bumbershoot Barbecue

The food was pretty good. The prices were high. The music was awful. But the experience was fun.

Very nice surprise walking by. The brisket samich was very good; the mild sauce almost perfect; the place itself is very picnic like with games and a stage; would love to come back on live music night. My only draw back was the beer selection: not enough variety, and no drafts. Although they have Shinner(which is great!) it would be the perfect BBQ joint if they had some craft beer. Prices were high for visiting every day but worth of the product. Kudos guys.

First experience today at Bumbershoot it was a little chilly outdoors, so grabbed it to-go. Wife had the turkey sandwich and I had chopped beef both were excellent! Really liked the Texas toast instead of a bun and the pickles were also tasty. Will be back soon to experience the atmosphere.

3 meat plate. Brisket, ribs and sausage. Potato salad and beans are not your grandma's! Really good upgrade on both. Really cool atmosphere. Good BBQ.

Highly recommend the loaded tater-tots with brisket and jalapeños. Great drinks, great bbq, great atmosphere for adults to relax and converse, and kids can paint on the perimeter fence. Lots of fun!
