“This is a great place to find good old home style cooking and an interesting mix of diners. A local haunt frequented by local ranch workers, police officers, and long time Argyle residents makes for great people watching. The service was a little slow, but the burger I ordered was deliciously hot off the grill and made to order which made up for the rather disappointing fries.”

“The atmosphere and service was awesome, the food was mixed. The fries were unique and delicious, the shrimp was really good, the catfish was unfortunately the worst I have ever had. It tasted like a very strong, smelly, fish flavor. The fishy flavor was so strong it was hard to eat. Maybe just a bad batch. Will consider going back because of the service and see if some of the other food will make up for the catfish.”

“We tried this place for the first time this evening and we're definitely impressed! The brisket was excellent, great smoke, incredibly tender and moist. Pulled pork and hickory said we're also good. “I’m incredibly appreciative of the cook, James, who double checked with me about my order which I had asked for no dairy in. Despite being incredibly busy since it was $2 margarita day, he checked with me on whether or not he could cook my veggies and potatoes in butter, and because I could not he made me these items without it. As someone who can not consume dairy or I become incredibly sick, this meant the world to me because I’m so used to places not taking the extra steps James did to make sure I was accommodated. In addition to being considerate, he was also incredibly kind and brought my food out to me. I hope that management will take notice of their amazing staff member and reward him for going above and beyond with his customer service.”

“This is our local pizza joint in Argyle. A decent pizza with some decent deals (2XL for $19.99). They are basically the only food place that delivers in Argyle. Although, it is much quicker to pick it up. There is Dominos in Justin that will deliver. But, there is no comparison Giovanni's beats them in both taste and price with their specials. I wish I could say that this pizza is unique, wood fired, coal fired, or whatever the trend is. This is just some good hometown pizza and I do hope it continues to thrive.
