Golden Egg Cafe

Golden Egg Cafe is the absolute best breakfast restaurant in the area. Excellent service, plentiful amounts of food with great flavor and choices. All of the staff are great and extremely friendly!

Great coffee. I had chicken fried steak and eggs. Steak was good. One over easy egg was broken. Hash browns had no flavor. They seemed like maybe they were frozen hash browns. Wife had the breakfast burrito. She says it was good. Her hash browns also were bland. All in all we will most likely give it another try.

We had burgers, which were tasty but maybe not their forte. I ordered mine with fried okra, which was disappointing because the okra (from a frozen product) was too large (mature) and fibrous to enjoy. Their breakfast/brunch menu looks very interesting, so I plan to try that next time.

We had a big family breakfast here, we got a table quickly and the service was exceptional. The food was fresh and tasty when it hit the table. I had the chicken fried chicken, it was well seasoned and there was so much food, you could split it and still be stuffed. The interior of the restaurant is casual and trendy. I enjoyed it.

Friendly, independent breakfast cafe. Service was prompt and friendly. My Belgian waffle with fruit was fluffy and tasty. French toast was deemed "adequate" by a picky eater. The fresh squuzed orange juice was excellent.,. Definitely will go back. Recommended over some local alternatives.
