Soulful Tacos

Nice decor, great music, and the food was delicious. Only disappointment was not being able to try the wings as they are seasonal. I think it'll be helpful if you have more info on when items are available on the menu. Other than that it's worth trying out. Reminded us of home.

I have been to Soulful Tacos multiple times and I really love the unique, thoughtful and creative concept of the restaurant. When you pull up to the corner building on Marsh and Trinity Mills Rd in North Dallas, you can’t help but to get intrigued by the big Soulful Tacos exterior signs. When you walk in, the ambiance and vibe is really unique to the Texas scene and beyond! It’s almost like a cultural hidden gem. Music videos play that will keep your attention while you wait on your food or if you decide to dine in (it is a restaurant where you go to the register to order your food and drinks). The Black culture inspired wall art is on point, and it just feels good to be somewhere different. Deciding what to eat or drink can become more of an experience because each food menu item has a twist to it and is bursting with flavor! I’ve had nearly everything on the menu and the food has never disappointed me.

Each time I have been there, I find myself meeting and networking with diverse people representing multiple races, ethnicities, ages, lifestyles, etc. - from all over the country. Some people were from Dallas, others have moved here due to their career, and others have been people just visiting Dallas and heard about the restaurant. Soulful Tacos is a great addition to the food scene and I can’t wait to see it continue to evolve!

This place is the latest and greatest in the North Dallas Area. Has a nice old school music vibe, for us Gen X folks who remember what good music sounds like.

Has a bar. You can get your eats to go or you can sit in and listen to some nice music.

The menu offers some nice flavors of tacos that are different. But for the traditional street taco crowd, they have those too...

The joint just opened up and getting their legs under them, so give them a chance. Some people come into a place looking to complain and be negative. And No, I don't work there or getting paid to write a review. I just like seeing good people do well.

Go for the food... But stay around for the vibe... You'll enjoy it...

I enjoyed everything when I visited this restaurant, from the food, to the ambience of this establishment. Customer service was great and the cocktail drinks from the bar were delicious as well. Soulful Tacos matched my expectations and more; I will be back very soon!!! Oh and did I forget to add that this is a Black Owned business!

Soulful Tacos is a whole vibe repping Hip Hop and all the latest 80’s music. I don’t know if I came to dance, sing, or eat, but I know I love the entire vibe. I’m from Chicago, and came here to visit a friend and was there the entire weekend. Congratulations to this black owner business I wish them nothing but success, blessing. The tacos, and that corn.. not to mention those beans. I’ll definitely be back..
