The new location up the street a mile plus from old spit. It's new so still fresh and clean. Staff is caring, service was good, and food cooked per special requests no errors. Been a couple of times since opening. From omelets to dinner fish.... always a good stop for comfort food even late night.

We went on a Sunday night for all you can eat pancakes. They should call it "all you can WAIT pancakes"! The new restaurant is very nice and modern. The tables and chairs are not sticky, yet! The food was very good. Our server was just okay. We waited so long for the extra pancakes, we left. the server said "they are cooking yours now". Too late, bring the check. Seriously, how long does it take to flip some pancakes on "all you wait pancake night?" They will only bring you 2 small pancakes at a time but when it takes 30 minutes, it's worthless.

Nice new restaurant. The staff was exceptional. The food was very good. It is surprising how good their burgers are. Normally I get their breakfast items,(even at lunch)but the burger rival's Red Robin.There also is plenty of parking!

We accidentally came on Free Pancake day. The parking lot was packed but we got a table for six immediately. The server was very kind. The wait was longer than ideal but it was busy so it was no problem. It took awhile to get our check, but otherwise it was a good experience.

The second visit was a regular Sunday morning. The parking lot wasn’t too busy but we had to wait a few minutes for a table. The host took our drink orders while our waiter was with another table. The food came out much faster and everyone enjoyed their breakfast with no complaints. The check was handled quickly too.

My only “complaint” is that you pay for kids drinks as they are not included in their meals.

There was no line at the door but I did have to wait to be seated. The server was excellent and helpful! Food was perfect and warm. I like this location better than the other spot they had. Recommended!
